• Once a donation is received, it will be utilized for our charitable activities, and no request for refund or cancellation will be entertained.

2. Double Payments / Errors

• In case of any error, such as duplicate donations or incorrect transaction entries, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will process the refund (if applicable) to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

3. Event / Program Fees

• If you have registered or paid fees for an event/program organized by Vishwatomukh Marvelous Association, refunds (if any) will be subject to the specific event’s terms and communicated in advance.
